With 38 years in the mortgage industry—including 14 as a Sub Broker—Chris is a highly respected communicator, connector, and relationship builder. Her career spans underwriting, loan auditing, and management, and she’s earned multiple awards, including the 2024 Professional Award (ABW), the 2015 Dean Crain Humanitarian Award, and the Paul Harris Award. A Past President and long-time member of the Rotary Club of Richmond Sunrise, Chris holds licenses through the Sauder School of Business and the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning.

In her downtime, Chris can be found painting, attending live music festivals, or relaxing at her family cabin on Mayne Island—where she grew up. She’s proud of her quirky talents (like moving one eye at a time) and her “crappy but determined” yoga practice.
