HOW IT WORKS?

You have options when it comes to funding deals outside of your home province. We have listed these options below and we strongly recommend considering all options before making a decision. PLEASE NOTE all options including ABW's Option through AMPS is for LIVE FILES ONLY. No Pre Approvals.


OPTIONS:


1. DLC Agents ONLY - You can access the DLC Access Desk through the DLC Intranet. The cost for their service is $359 per file. Detailed instructions on the process can be found on the DLC Intranet. If you have questions you can email or call Greg Domville:

2. MA Agents Only -  You can access the CUU through your MA Link Portal. All information can be found there along with detailed instructions. The cost for this service starts at $440 per file.


3. Get Licensed -  We have made the process to get licensed in BC, AB and ONT seamless. If you need assistance please reach out to Jason Marshall: jason@abwmortgage.ca

COST of Clear-path deal analyzer


FIRST-TIMER PROMO -

Your first time using ClearPath is eligible for the First-Timer Promo. $200 for 1 file or $500 for 3 files.


1-ClearPath Deal Analyzer -

If you use ClearPath once more and only elected for the 1 file First-Timer Promo you will be charged $400 per file.


5-ClearPath Deal Analyzer Bundle -

If you pre-pay for 5 files you will be charged $1,000 ($200/File)


Annaul Volume Discount -

After you have completed 5 ClearPath Deal Analyzers in one calendar year you will only be charged $200/file for the remainder of the year.


Get Started:

STEP 1

Create a Velocity Application. Tubmit your client's application details to Velocity, please follow these steps:

  • The most common and recommended method is to have your client(s) complete the online application using the link available in your Velocity Profile.
  • Collect the standard upfront documents from your client (refer to the required documents list HERE for details).
  • Documents do not require pre-processing, such as titling or conversion to PDF format—we will handle this as part of our internal review process.
  • You may upload the documents in either of the following ways:
  • Via the shared Google Drive link provided at the time of deal submission, or
  • Directly to the Velocity application portal.


This streamlined process ensures efficient handling and quick progression of your submission. If you have any questions, please contact your dedicated account representative.



STEP 2

Complete the ClearPath Deal Submission Form (Click here to submit your deal). This will give our team the neccessary information needed to complete the full review of your file and trigger our team to start working the deal. Our team will be notified immediately upon on your submission. So rest assured once you submit, we will get to work.



STEP 3

When you complete your deal submission to AMPS for ClearPath Deal Analyzer you will be prompted for payment. Refer to the payment processing form / agreement for costs (click here for cost details)



STEP 4

Your ClearPath Deal Analyzer will be completed within 24 hours of your file being submitted and payment complete. This is assuming the Velocity Application has been collected from your client and the upfront documents have been received. You will receive your full file review summary, processed documents folder and clean pre-underwritten deal in Velocity with 3 scenarios built in the Mortgage Request section of Velocity3. Review your ClearPath Summary, meet with your client to select the best option and submit the deal. 


If you want the AMPS team to complete your file submission to the lender and all steps to funded along with the payroll and compliance you can elect for the full underwriting service on the paticular file at anytime, just let us know. The cost of full service is outlined below and the payment made for the ClearPath Deal Analyzer will be deducted from the cost of full underwriting service. 


FULL UNDERWRITING SUPPORT

If you elect for full underwriting service after completing a ClearPath Deal Analyzer the AMPS team will charge 20% of the gross commission less the fee paid for ClearPath.
