With over 18 years in the mortgage industry, Justin has served as broker, franchise owner, underwriter, and senior compliance leader. He developed and implemented national compliance frameworks and has deep expertise in FINTRAC policy, training, and innovation. He was recognized with the 2024 Unsung Hero Award at the DLC Team Blue Spirit Awards for his commitment to integrity and leadership in compliance.
