Access to ABW office meeting rooms is free for all ABW Agents. Below are the details for each location:

Meeting Room Availability

• Langley Office – Boardroom for up to 6 people, equipped with a TV (HDMI connection) and a whiteboard.
• Surrey Office – Boardroom for up to 6 people (No TV or whiteboard at this location).
• Ontario & Alberta Offices – Meeting room access is not currently available.

Booking Guidelines

• 48-hour notice required – You will not see available slots within 48 hours of booking.
• Meeting duration – Bookings are for 1-hour increments. If additional time is needed, please make multiple bookings.
• Hours of availability – Rooms are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
• Weekend & after-hours access – Not available due to security fob access restrictions.
