With over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Deryk brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the organization. Before joining A Better Way, he was a Partner at Thrive Mortgage Co., where he spent nine years in personal production and helped fund over $1.2 billion in mortgages. His deep, hands-on understanding of lending policies, financial strategy, and team operations allows him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution seamlessly.
