Commercial Core Financing - DLC A Better Way

Upon completing University in 1986, I embarked on my commercial lending career. As a commercial lender out of university I did not work at a branch opening accounts, I did not do residential mortgages, I have always analyzed commercial real estate at head office levels. With more than 38 years of Commercial lending experience, I have lent on every type of property (Industrial, Commercial, Multi-unit residential buildings, Office Buildings, Construction, Commercial strata units, etc.).   


My expertise focuses on Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Underwriting which ultimately, ensures a loan approval that satisfies the borrowers and lenders requirements.  I just don’t forward PDF reports to lenders.  I structure the deal, so lenders have a clear understanding of the transaction to ensure an approval is obtained.  My proven track record (38 years of Commercial Lending) has provided me with an extensive network of financial institutions, conventional and private, to find successful financing alternatives.


I am recognized by the Canadian Mortgage Professional Magazine as a top 10 Commercial Broker in Canada.

LISA KLEE

Allegro Mortgages - MA  A Better Way

Lisa spent 15 years working in financial institutions gaining experience in cash management, financial planning, investment advising and the last 10 years specializing in commercial lending specifically.  Upon starting brokering in 2017 Lisa started mentoring residential brokers with teaming up to create a platform for them to have access to a commercial mortgage team when needed.  This creates an environment for residential brokers to learn as well as to be able accommodate commercial mortgage opportunities.   Lisa has brought on 2 commercial underwriters in order to facilitate higher volumes while maintaining the same level of support and efficiency for both the client and the broker. Lisa was a CMHC correspondent for many years until CMHC changed their structure recently but has maintained strong relationships with CMHC lenders in order to be able to help clients with CMHC MLI Select or Standard construction mortgages for multi family residential mortgages.  Some other common opportunities would be commercial rentals, Companies purchasing a space for their business, expanding business' , development land purchases as well as single and multi family construction loans.  With being in the business for over  25 years Lisa has seen many different scenarios, opportunities, ownership structures and creative solutions.

RON GIPPS

RLG Infinite Solutions Inc - DLC A Better Way

Ron has over 40 years experience in banking and over 25 years specifically in Commercial Lending. Ron will be supported by 3 underwriters all who have over 15 years experience each.


All referrals submitted will be reviewed and every effort will be made to book the business. Any referrals sent to the Commercial Desk will be tracked and if the deal is booked a referral fee of 25% of the net fee collected will be paid to the referrer.


Once the referral is made someone from Ron's team will reach out to the client directly to explore the opportunity. We would ask that your clients be made aware that we will reach out to talk to them once the referral has been received and reviewed. Ron’s team has the ability to review all types of lending requests including construction, sub-divisions, Income producing properties (warehouses, apartment buildings etc.) land loans and operating companies.


At this time, the ideal loan amount should be $2,500,000+
