To ensure A Better Way Mortgage Group remains compliant with our regulators in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Fintrac, we require updated information for our records. Please provide the following details:

• Website Domain: Provide your full domain name.
• DLC Brokers: Confirm your website and marketing materials include "DLC - A Better Way."
• MA Brokers: Confirm your website and marketing materials include "Mortgage Architects - A Better Way."
• Home Address or Preferred Mailing Address
• Date of Birth (DOB)
• Legal Name: Your personal legal name, not business name.
• Licensed Provinces: Confirm the provinces in which you are licensed.
• Registered Name with Regulator: Confirm your registered name with the regulator.
• Corporate Brokerage Name (BC Incorporated Brokers Only): Provide your full corporate brokerage name, including the DBA.

Additionally, in the fall, we will send an updated Policy and Procedures Manual, including revised AML Policies and Procedures, via an e-sign request. This manual will reflect updates to comply with current Fintrac legislation, similar to the version signed last October. We will also provide an updated Brokerage Agreement for e-signing, which will mirror the terms and conditions of the agreement you signed when joining A Better Way, updated with the current date. A separate email notice will be sent prior to distributing these documents.
