EXPERT - to - VELOCITY

How to move an application or multiple applications from Expert to Velocity:

As of October 11th, any deals in Expert with a bureau and/or approval that still need to meet the new AML regulations can be exported (individually or as a group) as a CSV file and imported into Velocity. For more details, refer to this guide: Newton Help Article.

Agents will need to duplicate the deal to assign a VDLAB / VABWT deal number: How to Duplicate a File.

In the VDLAB / VABWT deal, agents can ensure AML compliance by completing the following in the Conditions and Documents section (available as of October 11th):

• Borrower PEP Declaration
• Borrower AML Risk Assessment
• AML Sanction Screening

Please ensure the deal status is kept up-to-date by marking "Lender Conditions Met ✅" once all financial conditions have been approved, and the deal is "Waiting to Close."

To streamline the process, start all new deals directly in Velocity to avoid these extra steps.
