A Fresh Approach – Based on Your Feedback

This year, we are proud to introduce a new luncheon format for our Holiday Soiree. Over the years, many of you have shared feedback that evening events during the busy holiday season can be difficult to attend, with traffic and seasonal demands creating unnecessary stress. We listened — and this adjustment reflects our commitment to making the event more accessible, enjoyable, and flexible for everyone.

By no means will this luncheon take away from the elegance or prestige of past evening galas. On the contrary, you can expect every attention to detail and every ounce of sophistication you’ve come to expect at our Holiday Soirees — only this time, enhanced in new ways.

A Shift in Tradition – Awards Ceremony Update

In past years, the Holiday Soiree has also been our Year-End Awards Ceremony. Beginning this year, the Awards will move to a new home as part of the Annual Ascend Mortgage Summit, scheduled for January 22nd, 2026.

Here’s why:

• In order to finalize trophies in time for December, we’ve historically had to cut off award tracking by mid-November (sometimes as early as November 1st).
• This limited us from capturing full-year performance data.
• Starting this year, we are moving the cutoff date to December 31st, ensuring every funded deal from the full calendar year is counted.

The Awards Ceremony at Ascend will be every bit as prestigious as it has been at the Soiree, featuring the same recognition and celebrations you’ve come to look forward to. Agents will have the choice to attend the full conference or just the Awards Ceremony. Spouses will be warmly welcomed at both the Soiree and the Awards Ceremony portion of the Summit.

More details on the Ascend Mortgage Summit will follow closer to the new year.

Spotlight on the 2025 Holiday Soiree

This year’s Holiday Soiree will focus entirely on celebrating you — our agents — and the incredible work you’ve accomplished throughout the year.

Highlights include:

✨ Additional special entertainment throughout the afternoon
✨ A brief address from our Leadership Team and Top Lender Partners
✨ A special update on our Charity Partner, Backpack Buddies
✨ Premium cocktails, wine, and select pours served throughout
✨ A full sit-down holiday dinner at lunch, featuring multiple entrée choices, a carving station, and vegetarian options
