Get ready to kick off the summer in style at our Annual Summer Mingler Event! Join us for an evening of fun, food, and festivities as we celebrate our incredible team at A Better Way Mortgage Group. This year, we’re pulling out all the stops with a Hawaiian-themed extravaganza at the stunning Sky Hangar in Pitt Meadows.

  • Date: Thursday, August 21, 2025
  • Time: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Location: Sky Hangar, Pitt Meadows Airport, 18799 Airport Way, Pitt Meadows, BC V3Y 2B4
  • Theme: Hawaiian – Don your best Hawaiian shirt or tropical attire!


What to Expect

  • Delicious BBQ Dinner: Our traditional BBQ spread will feature a variety of mouthwatering dishes, including plenty of vegetarian options to suit all tastes.
  • Drinks: Enjoy a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the evening.
  • Hawaiian Theme Contest: Thanks to Chris Pughe’s fantastic theme suggestion, we’re hosting a Best Dressed Contest! Show off your most vibrant Hawaiian shirt or tropical outfit for a chance to win fun prizes. Participation is optional, so feel free to dress as you please!
  • Entertainment: Expect a night filled with lively music, games, and activities to keep the good vibes flowing.


Exciting Highlight: Helicopter Tours!

We’re thrilled to announce a special addition this year! The first 100 agents to register will have the opportunity to take a scenic helicopter tour of the beautiful Fraser Valley, courtesy of Sky Helicopters. Please arrive promptly at 4:30 PM if you choose to participate in the helicopter tour, as Sky Helicopters staff will need to complete registration waivers before flights begin. This is a voluntary activity, so no pressure if flying isn’t your thing – there’s plenty of fun to be had on the ground!


How to REGISITER:

To secure your spot (and a chance at that helicopter ride!), please RSVP by August 10, 2025. Registration is required to help us plan for food, drinks, and the helicopter tours.

  • Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can ensure everyone’s needs are met.
  • Parking is available at the Sky Hangar, and carpooling is encouraged. (IF you plan to drink, please ensure to plan a safe ride home)
