AMPS offers comprehensive fulfillment services to help brokers maximize their efficiency and stay focused on essential sales tasks. Below, you'll find a detailed summary of our Full Service Solution, along with two cost options to consider. Additionally, AMPS provides out-of-province support for brokers with deals in provinces where they are not licensed.
Full service fulfillment
(Underwriting & administration)
Purpose:
Take advantage of our tested and efficient 3-person approach to delivering a pain free approval to your customers. Our team will act as your FULL TIME assistant to handle ALL of your files from application collection to funding/closing.
High Level Process:
There will be 3 people working together at all times using our tested CRM to fund each transaction.
1. Broker (You)
Sources the Lead, completes the initial phone call, collects an informative “intake” with a summary of the deal. Discuss the proposed rate/term/product and customers ultimate goal, then hand the file over to AMPS. Remains client contact at all times.
2. Documents Specialist
Responsible to deal directly with your client for ALL documents, collect application and prepare the file in Velocity, confirm with the solicitors that instructions are correct, creating the signing packages and handle ALL compliance and closing of the file.
3.Underwriter
Responsible to do a full review of the file, prepare and propose options for which lenders are a good fit for the client, submit the file correspond with lenders, get the file approved and do all fulfillment until file is condition free.
AMPS Cost of Service:

Option 1: Flat Fee + 17 BPS
$1,000/Mth Fee paid to AMPS

17 BPS Compensation Breakdown per deal:
Mortgage amount = $500,000
Approx. commission earned = 110 bps including VB ($5,500)
Example: $500,000 x .0017 = $850 total cost collected on deal.
LIMITED TIME PRICING FOR BOTH OPTIONS & LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE.
Option 2 (NO Monthly Fee) cost is 35 bps.
Mortgage amount = $500,000
Approx. commission earned = 110 bps including VB ($5,500)
$500,000 x .0035 = $1,750 total operations cost collected
